Weather conditions vary by season, with mild daytime temperatures and cooler mornings and evenings, especially at higher elevations like Ghorepani and Tadapani. Basic physical preparation such as walking, light cardio exercises, stair climbing, or short hikes before the trek is sufficient to enjoy the journey comfortably.
